A response does not reconcile with what the SDK submitted or already
validated — a checkpoint tx whose txid is not among those submitted, a
commitment tx that differs from the one validated at tree signing. Terminal
rather than retryable: the two are equal by construction in a well-formed
exchange, so the same request would produce the same outcome.
Neither own-properties nor a custom name cross the service-worker
postMessage boundary (see ProviderKind), so retryable and name
are in-process conveniences and every distinguishing detail belongs in
message — the one field a consumer past the boundary can still branch on.
