The receive address pkScript was decoded from, captured in the
same single IWallet.getAddress read. The quote-time refund
address and the covenant's refundPkScript must always name the same
script, and two independent reads of a wallet that rotates its receive
address would not guarantee that — reuse this, never a second
getAddress() call.
The wallet descriptor it came from. Public — persist it with the artifact; contractSigner resolves it back to a signer.
