asymmetry is deliberate. The v1 tags must be per-corridor
(Arkade-RFQ-Preimage-v1 here, NArk's Arkade-Boltz-Preimage-v1 there)
because v1 pins its message index, so the tag is the only thing separating
two corridors that reach the same key. v2 mints a salt per artifact, so no
two artifacts share a message within a corridor, let alone across two — the
salt carries the separation, and the tag names the layer it belongs to.
